When are the Geeks Available to Help You?

Geek Housecalls has over fifty geeks that are available for appointments at your convenience seven days a week between the hours of 7:00am and 8:30pm. Please note that calls can run later than 8:30pm as needed but generally will not start any later than 8:30 except by special arrangement.

Our staff of full-time dispatchers are available to take your calls and make appointments weekdays from 7:00am to 7:00pm, Saturdays from 9:00am to 5:00pm and Sundays from 1:00pm to 5:00pm. We are also meticulous about checking voicemail during off hours, so don't be shy about leaving a message if you get a recording of some geek when you call!

Rapid Response When you contact our dispatchers via telephone and ask for a geek to come onsite, we can typically have one of our geeks out to your location within 24 hours, and often the same day you call!

Fastest Response In emergency situations or where you have a limited timeframe to work in, the way to get the fastest response from us is to contact our dispatchers directly via telephone. Let them know that your situation is urgent and they will work with you to schedule a Geek out to see you ASAP! Please note that inquiries made via email or the web may take longer (up to 48 hours) to process.

It's Your Schedule!
  • Scheduling for real-life We understand that life doesn't always fit neatly into a 9-5 window! Our geeks are available days, nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Scheduling in real-time We won't make you sit at your office all day wondering when your Geek will show up. We set a specific appointment time and if your geek runs behind schedule we call to let you know as soon as we're aware of it. We may even reassign your call to another geek in order to keep your schedule intact.
  • Who's your geek? As a policy, we always try to send the same geek to you so you have good continuity of service but please be aware that this cannot always be the case, particularly if "your" geek is already booked on another call at your preferred date and time. You may request service from a particular geek, but this may take longer to schedule as you are limiting yourself to that geek's schedule rather than being open to the next available geek.
